what is your favorite thing to draw? character designs that include lots of lace, frills, & gothic details㇏(•̀ᵥᵥ•́)ノ
how long does it take you to draw? hours!! not only am i slow, but i get easily distracted by tv or my phone ;w;
who is your favorite artist(s)? Ayami Kojima, Thores Shibamoto, Takato Yamamoto, and Takeshi Obata! J. C. Leyendecker, Gustav Klimt, Claude Monet, and Alphonse Mucha, as well.
why is your art style nothing like your favorite artists? a couple of reasons for that! 1) i used to try to mimic their styles exactly and found no joy in it. 2) when i was big into posting on social media and doing commission work, i drew lots of fanart or whatever was trending, so i lost myself. one of my goals for 2023 is to find a style that i am happy with, though i dont really care if i dont have a consistent or recognizable one. im just drawing for fun at this point!
do you do commissions? extremely rarely nowadays! if i ever have openings i usually post about them on toyhouse first.
